Terms of use
Last updated: October 7, 2026
1. Who we are
Conqr·IA is a service of [RAZÓN SOCIAL], tax ID [NIF]. Contact: [EMAIL DE PRIVACIDAD].
By using the app you accept these terms and our Privacy policy.
2. The service
Conqr·IA is a game in which you conquer real territory by running: closing a loop conquers what lies inside it, and running through your areas again defends them. It is free for runners.
The service is in beta: it may change, contain bugs or be interrupted, and the game rules may be adjusted.
3. Your account
Your account is based on a wallet the app creates on your device. You hold its private key: you can export it from Settings. If you log out or lose your device without having saved it, we cannot recover your account.
You must be at least 18 to use Conqr·IA.
4. Fair play
Only real runs count. You may not:
- Fake your location or activity (GPS simulators, fake-location apps, tampered activities).
- Record trips by vehicle or bicycle as runs.
- Use offensive aliases, impersonate other people or harass other runners.
5. Measures we may take
To keep the game fair we may invalidate suspicious activities, revert the territory gained with them, change inappropriate aliases and suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
6. Your safety
Run carefully: respect traffic rules, private property and restricted areas. Conqr·IA does not tell you where it is safe to run; you choose your route.
7. Territories and digital items
Territories, scores and achievements are part of the game and have no guaranteed economic value. [REVISAR: conditions for blockchain digital items before enabling them.]
8. Third-party services
If you connect Strava or other services, their use is also governed by their own terms.
9. Leaving
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is completed after a 72-hour waiting period.
10. Liability and governing law
[REVISAR: limitation of liability, in line with consumer protection law.]
These terms are governed by Spanish law. [JURISDICCIÓN].
